Reviewing and accepting current documents

Open Legal and Consent from the account menu to review current documents and the versions previously accepted by the account.

Terms of Service and Privacy Policy acceptance may be required for protected account access. Community Guidelines are checked before community participation. Issue Council Rules are checked before submitting, replying to or confirming a report.

Each acceptance record stores the document type, exact version and UTC timestamp. Published document wording is preserved with a SHA-256 fingerprint so staff can prove which rules applied at the time.
