Deactivating or deleting your account

Self-deactivation disables normal sign-in while preserving the account for later reactivation. Use Account Closure and confirm the action with the current password.

Permanent deletion is a separate delayed process with a cancellation period. During that grace period, use Cancel Account Deletion if you change your mind.

Deletion removes or anonymises direct account identity where supported, but some operational, security, moderation, consent and development records may be retained when reasonably required and described by the Privacy Policy.
