Downloading your account data

Open Your Data from the account menu and request an export using the current password. The export is generated privately for the authenticated account.

It can include account and profile details, privacy settings, legal acceptances, newsletter consent history, public appeal outcomes, restrictions, Issue Council records, support conversations and notification information.

Passwords, authentication secrets, private staff notes and evidence that must remain restricted are excluded. Keep the downloaded file secure because it may contain personal information.
