Change the password, end other sessions and report suspected compromise privately.

Take immediate action

  1. Change the password from Account Security.
  2. End all other active sessions.
  3. Review recent security activity.
  4. Check that the registered email address is still under your control.

Use a unique password that is not reused on another service. Mythic Earth staff will never ask for your password.

If you cannot sign in or believe another person changed account details, use Contact Support. Keep screenshots, dates and device information private rather than posting them in the public Issue Council.
